The invention discloses a colorful and reflective plant film. The colorful and reflective plant film comprises a substrate (1), glass beads (2), a plant layer (3), a zinc sulfide layer (4), and an aluminum layer (5), the thickness of the substrate (1) is 10-125 [mu]m, the plant layer (3) is arranged on the top surface of the substrate (1), the lower half portions of the glass beads (2) are embedded into the plant layer (3), the upper half portions of the glass beads (2) are arranged at the external part of the plant layer (3), the upper surface of each glass bead (2) is provided with the zinc sulfide layer (4), the upper surface of the zinc sulfide layer (4) is provided with the aluminum layer (5), and the range of the thickness of the plant layer (3) is greater than 0.1 [mu]m and less than one third of the average particle size of the glass beads (2).
