The invention discloses an inserted pin positioning type wrench clamping mechanism which can be used for clamping a bolt while the bolt is tightened by a wrench. The inserted pin positioning type wrench clamping mechanism includes a fixing end, a movable end, an inserted pin mechanism and an inserted groove micro-adjustment mechanism; the movable end slides in a rail of the fixing end to adjust the opening size of the clamping mechanism; the inserted pin mechanism controls extension of inserted pins by pressing a button; inserted grooves are used for positioning the inserted pins; and the movable end is fixed in the rail of the fixing end to adjust the distance, and then the button is released, and the inserted pins are inserted into the inserted grooves to be positioned.
