Zusammenfassung:	[Problem] To provide an ethyleneimine polymer which has excellent adhesion properties and bonding properties, while being suppressed in the formation of a gel-like coating film. [Solution] An ethyleneimine polymer which is characterized by having a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 13,000 or more in terms of pullulan as determined by gel permeation chromatography; a degree of dispersity of more than 3.0 but 5.0 or less; and a moisture content of 3-35% by weight. [课题]本发明提供种乙撑亚胺聚合物，其密合性、粘接性优异，抑制了凝胶状的覆膜形成。[解决方法]种乙撑亚胺聚合物，其特征在于，通过凝胶渗透色谱以普鲁兰多糖换算测定的数均分子量(Mn)为13000以上，且分散度为超过3.0且5.0以下，且含水率为3～35重量％。
