VCP (Vertical Conveyor Plating) pre-treatment device

The invention discloses a VCP (Vertical Conveyor Plating) pre-treatment device. The VCP pre-treatment device comprises a spraying pump and pipelines connected with the spraying pump, wherein a plurality of rows of pipelines are arrayed and are located in a pre-treatment water washing groove or/and an immersing groove; through holes and nozzles are uniformly arranged on the pipeline; the through holes are internally provided with threads; outer threads on the nozzles are matched with the threads in the through holes; each nozzle is provided with a water inlet, a guide hole, an inner water outlet and an outer water outlet; the water inlets are connected with the threads in the through holes; the inner water outlets are located at the water inlets; each guide hole is located between each inner water outlet and the corresponding outer water outlet. The VCP pre-treatment device provided by the invention is simple and scientific in design, and air contact and medicine liquid oxidization decomposition are avoided; c
