The method comprises the following steps of obtaining current position information of a user relative to a display device and computing a current viewing field angle of the user according to the current position information, wherein the current viewing field angle comprises a transverse viewing field angle and a longitudinal viewing field angle; obtaining a video image shot by an image pick-up device at an appointed place of the user in real time; processing the video image according to the current position information and the current viewing field angle; and sending the processed video image to the display device to display. According to the method, the device and the system, the video image of a scenic spot, which is collected in real time, is processed according to the position information of the user, just like the user stands by a window to see the sight, the user can view the scenic spots all over the worl
