The device comprises multiple signal transmitting antennas, multiple signal sources, a multi-in and multi-out switch and remote control equipment, wherein the quantity of the signal sources is equal to that of the signal transmitting antennas; the input ends of the multi-in and multi-out switch are connected with the multiple signal sources respectively, and the output ends of the multi-in and multi-out switch are connected with the multiple signal transmitting antennas respectively; the remote control equipment remotely controls the signal sources or the multi-in and multi-out switch to be triggered or shut off respectively within different time periods, so as to select the signal transmitting antennas to output preset interference signals of the signal sources.
