The invention provides a monitoring distribution power system and a power supply system. The monitoring distribution power system comprises a UPS (uninterrupted power supply) unit, a bypass unit, a monitoring control unit and a data acquisition unit. The UPS unit is used for supplying power for alternating-current load when an alternating-current distribution system is powered off. The bypass unit is connected with the alternating-current distribution system and is used for outputting alternating currents inputted by the alternating-current distribution system to the alternating-current load when the UPS unit fails. The monitoring control unit is connected with the UPS unit and the bypass unit and is used for monitoring state information of various circuits in the monitoring distribution power system, power can be supplied for the alternating-current load by the bypass unit under the control of the monitoring control unit when the UPS unit fails, and the power can be supplied for the alternating-current load
