The locomotive operates on the high-slope rails; a communication signal end of the locomotive is connected with an output signal end of the controller; a power supply end of the locomotive is connected with a power grid line; and an input signal end of the controller is connected with a scheduling communication output signal end of a power grid. The invention further discloses an energy storage method.
