Metal-air battery cathode and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a preparation method of a metal-air battery cathode. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A) mixing a conductive agent, an adhesive and a solvent and stirring to obtain a paste, impregnating a collection layer raw material in the paste, and firing to obtain a hydrophobic layer; B) mixing a lubricant, a conductive agent, an adhesive and a solvent to obtain a paste, extruding, stretching and drying the paste to obtain a mixture, and extruding the mixture into a film on the surface of the hydrophobic layer; C) mixing a catalyst, an adhesive and a solvent to obtain a paste, and spraying the paste onto the film to obtain a catalyst layer; and D) performing hot pressing of the catalyst layer and hydrophobic layer, and firing to obtain the metal-air battery cathode. In the invention, a layer of film is prepared on the surface of the hydrophobic layer of the battery and serves as a catalyst carrier; the components of the film are in fiber distribution through extrusion and stre
