A permanent magnetic contactor comprises a microprocessor, a switch power module, an energy storage capacitor, a rectifier filter circuit, a coil and a coil voltage detection circuit and is characterized by comprising a closing operation module, an opening operation module and a closing instant conduction module; the closing operation module comprises a controllable switch I and a switch control circuit I; the opening operation module comprises a controllable switch III and a switch control circuit III; the closing instant conduction module comprises a controllable switch II and a switch control circuit II, and the rectifier filter circuit is connected with the controllable switch I in the closing operation module; the controllable switch I in the closing operation module is connected with the coil; the coil voltage detection circuit is connected with the energy storage capacitor, the controllable switch II in the closing instant conduction module and the microprocessor; the switch power module, a shifting si
