Zusammenfassung:The invention aims at providing a design method of a 3D (Three Dimensional) outline boundary of a part on an automotive suspension. By adopting the design method, a gap between a tire and a periphery part can be sufficiently and reasonably reserved at a design phase, and an interference problem which possibly occurs in a utilization process of a vehicle is avoided. The design method comprises the following steps: A: collecting vehicle type parameters; drawing a graph by taking a jumping route of the suspension as a vertical coordinate and taking a steering route of the suspension as a transverse coordinate according to movement properties of the suspension; dividing the graph into a plurality of sampling points; B: selecting a suitable tire type and combining a hard point of the suspension; manufacturing a suspension model by utilizing CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software; C: manufacturing a tire envelope corresponding to each sampling point by utilizing the suspension model, and integrating the tire envelope
