Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method and system for maintaining accessory data in a vehicle insurance accessory database. The maintaining method comprises the steps that configuration information of a vehicle is relevant to a vehicle model, and the vehicle model is relevant to a vehicle identification code, wherein the configuration information contains all accessories and accessory information of a vehicle; then, according to the vehicle identification code, the vehicle model and the configuration information, the vehicle insurance accessory database is established, the prices of the accessories are relevant to the accessories and are stored in the vehicle insurance accessory database, accordingly the vehicle model and the accessories relevant to the vehicle identification code are obtained from the vehicle insurance accessory database through the vehicle identification code during setting loss exploration; according to the selected accessories, corresponding accessory information and accessory prices are displa
