The system comprises a sound collecting module which is used for collecting sound signals around the system and transmitting the collected sound signals to an information processing module, the information processing module which is used for processing the sound signals based on a preset algorithm to acquire the sound source position information of the sound signals and transmitting the sound source position information to a sound source information output module, and the sound source information output module which is used for converting the sound source position information into an electronic pulse signal which can be recognized by an electronic execution device and transmitting the electronic pulse signal to the corresponding electronic execution device or converting the sound source position information into an audio signal and transmitting the audio signal to an audio receiving device.
