The invention relates to the field of sensors and in particular relates to a knittable fiber-based transistor glucose sensor and a preparation method of the knittable fiber-based transistor glucose sensor. The fiber-based transistor glucose sensor comprises an organic electrochemical transistor; the organic electrochemical transistor comprises a source-drain electrode and a grid electrode which is crossed with the source-drain electrode; gel electrolyte, which is used for stopping direct contact between the source-drain electrode and the grid electrode, is arranged at the crossed point of the source-drain electrode and the grid electrode; the source-drain electrode is a conductive high molecular composite material formed by polymerizing a flexible matrix material and a conductor monomer; the grid electrode is obtained by attaching glucose oxidase on the surface of the source-drain electrode through a fixing agent. The glucose sensor provided by the invention has relatively good flexibility, excellent sensing
