Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of microalgae biology and relates to a method for measuring a microalgae growth curve and application. The method comprises the following steps: monitoring heat change of microalgae at different stages in real time by adopting a micro calorimeter, improving ampoule bottles of the microalgae, adding an LED (light-emitting diode) light source, providing environmental conditions needed by microalgae growth, and judging each growth stage of to-be-measured microalgae by analyzing the monitored micro heat curve data change. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the growth conditions of the microalgae are subjected to thermomechanical analysis from the thermodynamics angle by utilizing microcalorimetry, a convenient and rapid detection method is provided for researching the growth conditions of the microalgae biology, complicated experimental processes can be avoided, and the samples are subjected to in-situ monitoring and are not damaged.
