The device comprises a test platform, a power mechanism, a collision mechanism, a measuring mechanism and a control mechanism. A to-be-tested product is arranged on the test platform, and the power mechanism is connected with the test platform and used for driving the test platform to move horizontally. The collision mechanism is arranged on the travel of the test platform and collides with the test platform, the measuring mechanism is connected with an acceleration sensor on the test platform and used for collecting waveform information generated by collisions, and the control mechanism is connected with the power mechanism and used for controlling actions of the power mechanism.
