A device shell is made of a thermal insulation material, the deionized water is injected into the shell, a cell is arranged in the device, the surface of the cell is contacted with the deionized water, and a positive electrode and a negative electrode are insulated from the deionized water; three thermocouples are arranged in the testing device, are respectively distributed on the cell surface, in the deionized water and on the shell surface, and used for measuring the temperatures of the cell, the deionized water and the shell; an insulating layer is applied on the external of the device, and the device is placed in a thermostat, the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the cell are connected to a cell charging/discharging facility to perform the charging/discharging test, the temperatures of the cell, the deionized water and the shell in the charging/discharging process are recorded, and the heating power of the mono-c |
