The burner comprises a fan for supplying oxidant gas, a mixer connected with the fan, a burning head connected with the mixer and a swirler arranged in the burning head, wherein oxidant gas and fuel gas are mixed in the mixer to obtain a mixed gas; the mixed gas is jetted from the burning head; the swirler comprises a plurality of blades which radially extend from the swirler center to the periphery; and the plurality of blades are inclined at a preset angle relative to the axial direction of the burning head; and a plurality of first through holes are formed in each blade.
