The signal collector is used for collecting signal data of test points on tested equipment and transmitting all the collected signal data to the intelligent measuring and controlling instrument. The intelligent measuring and controlling instrument is in signal interaction with the signal collector and the tested equipment according to preset guidance test samples and guides workers to perform corresponding manual operations and data supply, data feedback of the tested equipment is obtained due to signal interaction with the signal collector and the tested equipment according to the preset guidance test samples, the obtained tested data are analyzed and judged according to the preset standard data and the feedback data of the data storage, and a measuring and controlling report is generated automatically.
