The method comprises an oxidation solution circulating cooling step, an aluminium ion crystal product recycling step, a sulphuric acid oxidation solution recycling step, a gas stirring step, a defrosting step and a current density adjusting step; the current density adjusting step comprises the following steps: adjusting the flow of a variable frequency pump to be that the oxidation solution is circulated not more than six times every hour; adjusting the current density in an anodic oxidation tank.
