The accurate control method comprises the steps of directly heating a TiAl alloy blank to different deformation temperature, and after keeping the temperature for a certain time, carrying out thermal deformation processing; and controlling the thermal deformation temperature, so as to obtain typical near gamma, duplex, near lamellar and full lamellar TiAl alloy microscopic structures to further obtain TiAl alloy deformation parts with different mechanical properties.
