The method includes the steps of soaking the waste circuit boards in the tin removal waste liquid at normal temperature and under normal pressure; and after the soaking is completed, taking out the circuit boards and removed components, and carrying out fractional precipitation recovery of valuable metals in leachate at the normal temperature and under the normal pressure.
