Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an Eva Green fluorescent quantitative PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) detection kit for detecting salmonid alphavirus and application thereof. The invention firstly provides a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR primer pair for detecting the salmonid alphavirus, wherein the sequences of the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR primer pair are respectively shown as SEQ ID NO.2 and SEQ ID NO.3. The invention also provides an Eva Green fluorescent quantitative PCR kit which contains the primer pair and a method for detecting the salmonid alphavirus by using the Eva Green fluorescent quantitative PCR kit. Researches show that the method for detecting the salmonid alphavirus by using the primer or the kit disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simplicity, high speed, accuracy, high sensitivity, high specificity and the like, and can be used for detecting six genotypes of the salmonid alphavirus.
