Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses preparation and an application methods of Triton X-100 (polyethylene glycol octylphenol ether) modified sodium alginate-embedded pseudomonas particles. The TX-100 modified sodium alginate-embedded pseudomonas particles prepared in the invention has a good removal effect on organic pollutants in waste water; compared with common immobilized microorganisms, the particles have the advantages of being good in forming, high in stability, high in strength, small in interference caused by external environment, and capable of obviously improving the removal efficiency of the organic pollutants in the waste water. 本发明公开了种Triton X-100(聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚)改性海藻酸钠包埋假单胞菌颗粒的制备及应用方法。本发明制备得到的TX-100改性海藻酸钠包埋假单胞菌颗粒对废水中的有机污染物物有很好的去除效果,且相较于般固定化微生物材料成型好,稳定性高,强度高,受外界环境干扰小,对废水中有机污染物的去除效率有显著提高。
