The production process for the beer syrup, provided by the invention, takes corn starch as a raw material, so that the production cost can be lowered; glucoamylase, pullulanase and beta-amylase are used as complex enzyme preparations for performing multi-enzyme synergic saccharification, so that the saccharification efficiency is increased and the production period of the beer syrup can be shortened; and meanwhile, reaction conditions are mild, the demand on the equipment is simple, the production cost is low, and the realization of the industrial production is benefited.
