The method comprises the following steps: peeling a red peanut coat, grinding, mixing with water, raising the temperature to extract; separating an extract liquid through a three-phase horizontal spiral centrifuge to obtain an oil layer, a water layer and a solid residue; mixing the oil layer with the solid residue, adding water for enzymolysis; rapidly cooling an enzymatic hydrolysate under the action of ultrasound, adding kieselguhr and a powdered activated carbon, evenly stirring, filtering an adsorbing material; separating the enzymatic hydrolysate through the three-phase horizontal spiral centrifuge to obtain the peanut oil, an aqueous phase and a solid residue, and using a nanofiltration membrane to concentrate and dry the aqueous phase to obtain the peanut protein.
