Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of preparation of a double-wall corrugated pipe and particularly relates to a composite enhanced CM double-wall corrugated pipe and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises weighing 100 kg of CPVC resin powder, 12.5 kg of calcium carbonate, 6-10 kg of MBS, 5-7 kg of a compound stabilizer, 6-8 kg of ACR-61, 0.3-0.5 kg of oxidized wax, 0.5-0.6 kg of stearic acid and 0.3-0.5 kg of a pigment, putting the materials into a high speed mixer, carrying out high speed mixing, then carrying out low speed mixing to obtain a uniform mixture, and carrying out double-screw extrusion, cooling setting, cutting, flaring and packaging. The CPVC resin powder as the main raw material, the processing aids for improving product performances and an auxiliary material such as a modifier are added into the main raw materials and then the mixture is processed through a corrugated pipe extrusion molding machine.
