According to the preparation method, dichloropyridine such as 3,5-dichloropyridine is taken as a monomer, and the feeding proportion of sulfonated monomers to non-sulfonated monomers is adjusted, so as to prepare polyarylether sulfone with different sulfonating degrees by virtue of nucleophilic condensation polymerization; and meanwhile, the feeding proportion of pyridine monomers is adjusted, so as to prepare sulfonated polyarylether sulfone with different pyridine content.
