Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel hydroxyzine derivative having the structure of the formula (I), a preparation method thereof, an application thereof in antitumor medicines, and a preparation. Compared with an antitumor medicine Naftopidil which is known in the prior art and has a similar structure, the hydroxyzine derivative, for three common human prostatic carcinoma cell lines PC-3, LNCaP and DU145, is significantly reduced in IC 50 value, so that the hydroxyzine derivative may be used as a more high-effective anti-prostatic cancer medicine.
本发明公开了具有式(I)结构的新型羟嗪衍生物及其制备方法、其在抗肿瘤药物中的用途和制剂。与结构相似的现有技术已知的抗肿瘤药物Naftopidil相比,针对三种常见的人前列腺癌细胞株PC-3、LNCaP和DU145,本发明羟嗪衍生物的IC值显著降低。因此,可望成为种更加高效的抗前列腺癌药物。 |
