Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a 300 kg grade lightweight mullite brick and a preparation technology thereof. The mullite brick is prepared from, by weight, 5-18% of Suzhou clay, 24-35% of alpha-alumina micro powder, 1-3% of silica fume, 3-8% of knar clay, 8-15% of bentonite, 3-8% of flint clay, 2-9% of zeolite powder, 10-20% of calcium carbonate powder and 12-18% of white cement; in addition, 2-5% of a foaming agent, 75-100% of water and 0.6-1.4% of a dispersant are additionally added by taking the weight sum of the above mentioned components as the calculation basis. The lightweight mullite brick has the advantages of being low in volume density, high in strength, small in heat conductivity coefficient, capable of forming large bricks and the like.
