Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a making method of an antistatic optical fiber. The method comprises the following steps: melting and wire-drawing an optical rod; annealing and cooling the molten and wire-drawn optical rod, allowing the cooled optical rod to enter a coating die, and coating the cooled optical rod with an antistatic coating; curing the obtained coating layer in an UV curing device; and reeling the coating layer cured optical fiber around a take-up device. The melting and wire-drawing process of the optical rod is carried out in a graphite furnace. The antistatic coating coated optical fiber adopted in the invention guarantees that the optical fiber in every process before cabling has excellent antistatic performance, improves the optical fiber arranging quality, reduces the optical fiber break rate, effectively improves the optical fiber quality and reduces the optical fiber production cost.
