Device and method for removing chloride ions from industrial circulating water

The invention relates to a device for removing chloride ions from industrial circulating water. The device comprises a reaction chamber, a control device and a power module and is characterized in that a water inlet, a water outlet and a drain outlet are formed in the reaction chamber; an exhaust pipeline is mounted at the top of the reaction chamber, an exhaust opening of the exhaust pipeline is connected to a chlorine gas collecting and processing device, and a draft fan is mounted on the exhaust pipeline; electrode groups and a water level sensor are mounted in the reaction chamber; each electrode group comprises at least 1 pair of electrode plates; electrically-controlled valves are separately mounted on the water inlet, the water outlet and the drain outlet; the water inlet is located at the left of the reaction chamber, the water outlet is located at the upper part of the right of the reaction chamber, and the drain outlet is located at the lower part of the right of the reaction chamber; and all the el
