The invention relates to a regeneration method of waste sulfuric acid, in particular to a regeneration method of alkylated waste sulfuric acid. Waste sulfuric acid is in contact with hydrogen peroxide under redox conditions; organic matters or tiny carbon granules in the waste sulfuric acid react with hydrogen peroxide and are translated into carbon dioxide, nitrogen and water; and steam-stripping removing is performed, so as to obtain regenerated sulfuric acid.
