The invention relates to a self-centering type torque adjusting wire winding device. The self-centering type torque adjusting wire winding device comprises a supporting base, a main body support, a wire coil friction connecting part, a wire coil, a wire coil connecting part, a limiting nut, a supporting support and a sliding rail. The sliding rail is fixed to the supporting base. The main body support is mounted on the sliding rail through a sliding groove in the bottom of the main body support. A vertical plate is arranged on one side of the upper end of the main body support, and the supporting support is arranged on the other side of the upper end of the fixing support. A shaft is arranged in the position, corresponding to a shaft on the upper portion of the vertical plate, of the upper portion of the supporting support. The wire coil friction connecting part is mounted on the shaft on the upper portion of the vertical plate of the main body support. The wire coil connecting part is mounted on the shaft on
