Faceplates are arranged on two sides above the rack, a conveying belt is arranged between the two faceplates, a conveying belt tensioning mechanism is mounted below the conveying belt, two parallel material retaining plates are arranged above the conveying belt and mounted on a retaining plate mounting frame which is fixed on the faceplate on one side above the rack, and a plurality of diffuse reflection electric eyes are formed in each material retaining plate at intervals.
