The invention discloses an anti-freezing convenient flag hanging device which comprises a flag rope, a flag pole mounted on a radar base and a rope buckling device mounted on a compass deck. The flag pole comprises hinges, a pulley, an adjusting rod and a supporting rod, one end of the supporting rod is connected with the side face of the radar base through a first hinge, the pulley is mounted at the top end of the supporting rod, one end of the adjusting rod is connected with a fence of the radar base through a second hinge while the other end of the same is connected with a rod body of the supporting rod of a third hinge, the flag rope penetrates the pulley, and one end of the flag rope is fastened on the rope buckling device while the other end of the same is connected with a hollow pipe for hanging a flag. The flag hanging device can be put down by a seaman on a platform, and the seaman can be ensured to mount, replace and maintain the pulley and mount the flag rope on the compass deck, so that the anti-f
