The five-degree-of-freedom precise aligning mechanism comprises a supporting assembly (1), a detecting assembly (2), a two-degree-of-freedom XY platform (3), an Z-axis linear guide platform (4), an X-axis rotary platform (5), a Z-axis rotary platform (6) and a mounting panel (7), wherein two groups of amplifying mechanisms which are combined by Scott-Russell mechanisms and lever mechanisms are designed on the two-degree-of-freedom XY platform (3) for increasing output displacement in two directions of an XY platform. Two groups of parallelogram mechanisms are designed on the Z-axis linear guide platform (4) for increasing output guide performances of the linear platform, so that parasitic errors are reduced and motion precision is improved.
