A pouring head jacket used for a PU material is provided with a hollow cylindrical side wall; the side wall is internally provided with an interlayer structure used for circulation of cooling water; the side wall comprises an inner wall body and an outer wall body; and an interlayer space is formed between the inner wall body and the outer wall body. In the interlayer space, two sealing spaced strips are arranged between the inner wall body and the outer wall body, extend from the top of the jacket to the bottom of the jacket to be in sealed connection with the inner wall body, the outer wall body and the top of the jacket correspondingly and keep spaced with the sealing adhesion positions of the inner wall body and the outer wall body of the bottom of the jacket correspondingly to form pores; and therefore two opposite interlayer parts communicating through the pores and used for circulation of the cooling water are formed in the interlayer structure of the side wall of the jacket, and the tops of the two in
