The detection device comprises a laser generation part, a light path part, a galvanometer system and a detection part; a laser device, a beam expander and a reflector I are sequentially fixed on a light path in the horizontal direction; an azimuth rotary light passing shaft and a reflecting mirror II are fixed on the light path in the vertical direction; a pitching rotary light passing shaft and the azimuth rotary light passing shaft are arranged in the light path in a connected mode; the galvanometer system is located behind the pitching rotary light passing shaft and is connected to a driving motor in a galvanometer; and position sensitive chip arrays are fixed on a horizontal display rack and a vertical display rack respectively and control the pointing of the laser beam emitted into the galvanometer through an industrial personal computer.
