Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a melding method for preventing the generation of granular ferrite in an SA335-T/P92 steel weld heat affected zone. The method comprises the following steps: (a) fabricating a groove between to-be-welded SA335-T/P92 steel end faces or between the to-be-welded SA335-T/P92 steel end faces and dissimilar steel, (b) performing non-preheating argon arc welding on a root bottom layer, and then performing welding layer by layer until a seam is formed, wherein the welding current is 130-160A, the arc voltage is 15-17V, and the interlayer temperature is 150-200 DEG C; and performing heat treatment after cooling. Therefore, the granular ferrite is not generated in the T/P92 steel weld heat affected zone; and moreover, the tissues can be improved, the plasticity of the seam is improved, the oxygen can escape, the residual welding stress is eliminated, the stress corrosion susceptibility is reduced, and the heat affected zone is softened.
