Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a preparation method of starch/silver nano composite particles. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) providing a silver precursor aqueous solution; (2) providing a starch granule aqueous dispersion liquid; (3) providing a reducing agent aqueous solution; (4) mixing the starch granule aqueous dispersion liquid with the silver precursor aqueous solution uniformly, oscillating or stirring for at least 30 minutes; (5) adding the reducing agent aqueous solution into a mixture obtained in the step (4), regulating the pH of the system to be 3-13, carrying out reaction within the temperature range from 25 DEG C to 60 DEG C, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain the solid powder of the starch/silver nano composite particles.
