Medical trolley

The invention discloses a medical trolley. The medical trolley comprises a trolley body, annular bodies, micro hydraulic cylinders and pedal plates. The trolley body is provided with four vertical columns arranged in the vertical direction, and a first horizontal plate. The first horizontal plate is located at the lower ends of the four vertical columns, and containing space for containing barrels is formed by the first horizontal plate and the four vertical columns. The annular bodies are arranged on the outer sides of the barrels and connected to the vertical columns in a pivoting mode. The micro hydraulic cylinders are arranged on the first horizontal plate, the piston ends are connected with the barrels in a pivoting mode, and the micro hydraulic cylinders correspond to the barrels one to one. The pedal plates are arranged on one side of the first horizontal plate, fixed to the first horizontal plate, electrically connected with control switches of the micro hydraulic cylinders, and correspond to the barr
