The invention discloses a long-sleeve strait-jacket which comprises a jacket body, a restraining part, restraining belts and connecting parts. The restraining part is arranged on the front portion of the chest of the jacket body, the upper side and the lower side of the restraining part are both connected to the jacket body, and a restraining cavity for allowing two sleeves of the jacket body to be inserted therein is formed between the restraining part and the jacket body. The two sleeves are both connected with the restraining belts, and the two ends of the restraining belts on the corresponding sleeves both protrude out of the sleeves. An opening is formed in the back of the jacket body from the neck of the jacket body and extends to the bottom of the jacket body, and the connecting parts are arranged on the opening in the back of the jacket and used for closing or opening the back of the jacket body.
