The permanent magnet is fixed on the upper end of the small hammer and the small hammer is connected with a machine shell slideway in a sliding mode. The electromagnetic coil is positioned on a convex plate of the machine shell slideway, the electromagnet iron core is arranged in the electromagnetic coil and the upper end is connected with the electromagnetic coil in a lapped mode, one end of the guide rod is connected with the small hammer through a thread, the other end stretches into the electromagnet iron core, the spring is arranged on the guide rod in a sleeve mode, one end is connected with the electromagnet iron core, and the other end is connected with the small hammer.
