Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a making method of flavored duck meat in the field of food processing. The making method comprises the following steps of depilating a duck, cleaning the depilated duck to obtain a clean duck, putting the clean duck into a steaming basket, and performing heating for steaming for 30-50min; then processing the steamed duck into shredded duck meat of which the diameter is 0.2-0.3cm, and putting the shredded duck meat into a pan with oil for frying for 3-4min; mixing the fried shredded duck meat with seasoning, and then putting the fried shredded duck meat mixed with the seasoning into the steaming basket for steaming for 60-70min; and brushing a layer of edible oil on the surface of the shredded duck meat which is steamed once again, then putting the steamed shredded duck meat with the edible oil into an oven, performing baking at 200-210 DEG C for 5-6min, taking out the baked shredded duck meat, and putting the taken-out shredded duck meat at dry environment for cooling.
