Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of transformation and complex utilization of saline-alkali soil. The invention discloses an extraction method of suaeda salsa plant salt. The extraction method comprises the steps of saline-alkali soil selection, soil treatment, suaeda salsa planting and plant salt extraction, wherein the soil treatment comprises the step of planting radix phytolaccae and leersia hexandra in an interplanting manner at an interplanting ratio of 6:4 and with the planting density of 45 cm*45 cm. The plant salt prepared by the method has the manganese content of 1.2-2.0 mg/kg, and the method solves the problem that the manganese content in the plant salt extracted from the suaeda salsa planted in the low-manganese saline-alkali soil is too high.
