Panoramic selfie taking method and mobile terminal

Embodiments of the invention provide a panoramic selfie taking method and a mobile terminal, which are applied to mobile terminals comprising cameras and flexible screens. The method comprises: receiving a panoramic selfie taking command input by a mobile terminal user; controlling a flexible screen to axially rotate, and controlling a camera to continuously acquire each frame image; detecting whether preset shooting finish conditions are met; when the preset shooting finish conditions are met, finishing the rotation of the flexible screen and the image acquisition of the camera; and based on the acquired each frame image, performing image splicing, thereby generating a panoramic selfie.
