The microwave signal source comprises a microwave signal generation module used for generating microwave signals; an antenna used for radiating the microwave signals generated by the microwave signal generation module; a power measurement module used for measuring the power of the microwave signals in the vicinity of a to-be-measured microwave product in real time; and a power closed loop control module used for adjusting the power of the microwave signals generated by the microwave signal generation module according to the power of the microwave signals measured by the power measurement module.
