An electric energy meter to be tested is positioned in an anechoic chamber. The signal transmission device comprises an electric energy meter calibrator, wherein a power interface of the electric energy meter calibrator is connected with a power interface of the electric energy meter, and a filter is connected on a connecting line in series. The signal transmission device also comprises a first photoelectric converter and a second photoelectric converter; a signal interface of the electric energy meter is connected with the first photoelectric converter, the second photoelectric converter and a signal interface of the electric energy meter calibrator in series, wherein the first photoelectric converter is connected with the second photoelectric converter by light-guide fiber.
