Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of a building and especially relates to a building inclination dynamic measuring instrument and a use method thereof. The dynamic measuring instrument comprises a housing, the left side of which is provided with an opening; and a support arranged at the left-side opening of the housing and fixedly connected with a building to be measured. The right side of the support is hinged by an L-shaped connecting rod; and a hang line is arranged between the corner of the L-shaped connecting rod and the support. The L-shaped connecting rod comprises a connecting rod 1, one end of which is hinged with the support; and a connecting rod 2, which is arranged vertically downward from the other end of the connecting rod 1.
